Potato Wedges

3 lbs potatoes (red)
Cut into wedges
Toss with:
 1 tsp salt
 1/4 tsp pepper
 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
 2 T. olive oil
 2 cloves minced garlic optional
Bake 425 for 40 minutes (turning over after first 20 minutes)
Spray cookie sheet
