Original Recipe
1 cup chopped onions
1 lb. hamburger or sausage
1/2 a cabbage
Brown beef and onions.
Add cabbage.
Wilt cabbage and salt and pepper.
Add 2 gloves garlic (optional)
Italian Style
5 large Italian sausage links cut/diced OR 1 lb to 1.3 lbs bulk Italian sausage
1/3 head of cabbage
Basil and oregano to season
Lots of minced garilc
1/4 to 1/2 an onion
Mozzarella cheese shredded
Use frozen dough loaf or pizza dough (http://rachelsmartsrecipes.blogspot.com/search/label/pizza)
Roll dough 1/4 inch thick
Cut 6 squares.
Fill with about 2 T.
Greased pan.
Rise 20 minutes.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
