Fern's Candied Walnuts

Boil:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup honey

Boil to soft stage and add 1/2 tsp vanilla and 4 cups of walnuts.
Take off heat and stir continuously until it turns white-ish.
