Fern's Cordon Bleau Casserole

4 cups cooked cubed turkey or chicken
2 cups cooked cubed ham
2 cups shredded swiss cheese

Place in 9x13 pan.

Sauce:
Saute 1 cup onions and 1/2 cup olives
Stir in:
 1/3 cup flour
 2 cups half and half
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 1/2 tsp salt

Cook until thick.
Spread over meat.

Topping:
2 cups coarse bread crumbs.
